As far as the bushings, you would have to also push the old ones out and push the new ones in. If you are mechanical, I don't perceive  this as difficult. Maybe someone who has done it can enlighten us more on this.

The upper hinge pin on mine did not clear the fender.  The hinge had to come out.  Of course the doors are off right now, but  the hinge still had to come out.

I have read where some guys cut the top pin to get it out and then install the new one from the bottom instead of the top. Not sure how the top pin stays in that way myself, but I've never tried to replace any either.
