speedometer

Thanks for all the replys,  I now have the confidence to take a stab at it.  I believe on one vette it is the transducer ( bounce for years ) and the other with no movement at all, to be a cable replacement. What needs to be removed in order to separate the cable from the actual speedometer.  Again they are both "77"s
