Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.

As long as we are looking for parts, I would like to locate some. I am aware of the new/repro line, am wondering what the used market holds. Does anyone know of a swap shop/sale this time of the year? Northeast Pa is not condusive to crusing right now, and my ride is being operated on. I am in the market for, exaust and license plate bezels, a right side rocker molding, removable hardtop, rally wheel trim ring. I am in the paint stage, and in no hurry.  THANKS

eBay is open all year, regardless of the weather.  Ditto for the aftermarket providers if you are looking for new reproduction parts.

The trick with eBay is knowing exactly what you're looking for and the various model year applications.  Some of the eBay Corvette parts sellers know what they have and usually list things correctly.  Other sellers don't have a clue as to correct model year application or what specific part they have.

I agree with 6880Mike. I have purchased numerous parts off of Ebay since working on my C3 and have saved a ton of cash and with some savvy on what I was looking for, never bought the wrong parts.

Also consider the gas savings at over $3/gallon to go back and forth from the swap meets. Although, I still go to Englishtown, NJin the spring as part of my wake from hibernation!! Wink
