What could cause my turn signals to flash slowly? No burned out lamps. Fuses are fine. They just seem to flash slowly. Like 1 1000, 2 1000, blink, 1 1000 2 1000, blink, etc... Happens on both sides.

Sounds like the flasher needs to be replaced. It plugs into the fuse box.

Your flasher might be spent or it might be "heavy duty/truck" they tend to flash slow in a car with fewer bulbs.
I always get several when I'm rooting around the bone yard to get just the flash rate I desire, it was fun with my cougar style rear turn lamps....
Cheers,
T.
