So I am looking to install an AFR gauge into my '80.  I see that there are single and dual display gauges.

Glow Shift has a single for 179.00 and a dual for 299.00   Is it worth it for the 120.00 upgrade to go dual?  The advantage would be that you are able to see and tune both sides of the carb a little more accurately.

What say Ye fellow C-3 experts?

I am changing to a Edelbrock Thunder 1806 carb and the EPS 2701 intake.  Also have an true dual stainless steel exhaust plus engine mods to 300hp or so.

Is there a way to install the single with a simple left - right switch so you could switch back and forth?

I just installed a dual AFR gauge from Innovate Motorsports in my '80. My intake manifold doesn't divide the carburetor output between the left and right banks, but I still saw value in knowing if the left or right bank was running rich or lean in case of combustion or ignition problems.
1980 with the heart of a '73, because more horsepower is always better.

Oops, I was thinking in the exhaust.  Nevermind.  Embarrassed

Yes, the sensors install in the exhaust pipes, but they're measuring unburned fuel to tell you if you're running rich or lean.
