This is what is so dang kool about this place!

I was jawin with SRJ the other night about maybe upgrading the seats in my red 80. That will be the regular driver in the future and the one I want to take to 2011 gathering. We were not sure if anyone had tried this, so tonight i used the search funtion and found this thread....awesum.

So fast Eddie how have those seats worked out now that you have had them in for a couple years?

they are still as great as the day i put them in. they are comfortable and the look is like they came from the factory. when i go to cruise nights, people that know corvettes are amazed how nice they appear and even they say they look like they were made for the car. one of the guys there has a 75 too and was always complaining about the comfort of his seats. when he sat in mine he said if he changes his he will most likely be putting in c4 seats.

as i said originally, i think it is one of the best improvements i have made to the vette. plus making up the piece to bolt the seat bucket to the seat tracks was pretty easy.

hope it helps.
