Are the seat tracks the same for all year C3's or did they change for the later model pace car seats? I took the passenger seat out, got the tracks off, and cleaned them up and greased them. The track that has the lever does not fit on either side of the shell - the lever hits on the fiberglass shell. Confused Any ideas?

A thought - has anyone mounted them directly to the floor? That might be an option since it would likely give me a few inches in height.

Thoughts and opinions welcome...Wink

The tracks do fit. What I neglected to do was insert the rod through the opening in the front of the frame Shocked. Fits like it should. I think I'll go have some more wine and call it a day...Embarrassed

Thanks for clearing up that mystery.
I would just add that my driver's side is a six-way power seat, but I usually have it all the way down and all the way back.
If my wife ever decides to drive it, she would need the seat at the opposite extreme.
Passenger side is manual back and forward. The lever is between your legs.

No.

Yes.  The split back seats have different tracks than the earlier cars.
