Vette(s): 1972 Convertible, A/C, with matching numbers. Sunflower yellow.
Does any one know if the plastic cover that is placed over the lap belt is supposed to be under or over the interior carpet?????

Under the carpet. It is suppose to keep the dirt and carpet out of the retractor
