I'm working on repairing all my instruments and have pulled the entire front dash. I am starting to put stuff back and do not know where this goes. Anyone know where it goes?

Also does the cable to the Driver Side Air Vent in side of cowl go over or under the steering column?

Second also, does the speedo cable go between cluch and brake pedal? or is there another routing.

... I know next time I will take plent of pictures before I take it apart.

I'm not sure about your '75, but that looks like a interior light that bolts just inside the bottom of the dash above your left knee, or maybe not. Big%20smile

I know the voices aren't real, but they have some pretty cool ideas...

Does it mount below the shift indicator to illuminate it?

To determine which it might be, does it light when you open the door, or when you turn your lights on?

Might be the courtesy light.  Do you have the '75 assembly instruction manual (AIM)?  The AIM will show you what you have and where it goes.  Ditto for correct vent cable and speedo cable routing.

Smile

The light goes on with the other instrument illumination lights. It does not work with the door courtesy lights.

I do not have an Assembly info Manual. Could someone send me pdf's of the vent cable routing, the speddo cable routing and this light. I'm looking to put it back together on the weekend.
