Hey Debbie,
Is that a ZL1 hood on Rosie? If it is, where did you get it? Do you have an "air box" mounted under the hood?
I kinda remember a pic of a ZL1 taken straight on from the front and you could see right through the hood. I always thought it was interesting, cold air ram from the front and cold low pressure air from the rear.

Glenn...no it isn't. That is the original hood. just modified.
Started out with a replica ''stinger'' hood but spent months trying to get it to fit right...and finally got so PO-ed at it and Hubby and I cut the scoop off and fiberglassed it onto my original hood!!!

We glassed the back on the scoop in.
It isn't ''functional'' right now...but it will be!!!! |biggrin|

speaking of hoods there is a fiberglass hood MFG. in my town. i'll take a ride over and see what they have. (another reason to take my 72 out)
