_popupControl(); Hi - Does anyone know if a 77 rocker panel (or earlier) will fit on an 82?
Thanks

I believe they will physically fit, but the styles/looks are different. There is another thread on this somewhere...I think, that discusses the differences...Adams' Apple2008-04-23 05:29:22

79 and earlier are an inch longer than the 80-82s.

_popupControl(); Thanks guys - with the same frame/body, how could they be an inch longer?  Would they still fit or would they stick over the frame?  Thanks in advance for your reply.  I dont want to buy something that wont fit or would look bad.

Hi Robert. Here's a vendor that sells Rocker Mlds. at a very good price. I'm sure he can answer your question, and hook you up. Sam is a GREAT!! person to deal with. He also has an Ebay store.

Same frame, not quite the same body. Factory tweaked the front wheel opening to better accomodate the larger 255 tires. Kinda cut back the rocker area.
