Vette(s): Numbers matching 1972 350 4 speed, silver pewter body with blue interior
I have about 8 bumps so far. After reading and going over the step by step pics on another forum (sorry) I have decided to just do it once and do it right. I will pop the rivet heads off, drop the metal header and probably use a heat gun to pry the bonding strip off the underside of the nose. paint and glue everything back together. Its not that bad. These are aluminum rivets. I think removing the bonding strip will be the most work. The post I read said it took only 2 hours to pop the rivets and remove the strip. Not bad. Of course there are a couple 3 hours in pulling the lamps out and front nose parts for access. As far as doing only 1...well, if you got one, you will get more with time.
