Depending on the year the key buzzer is also the horn relay, they are still available. I think the alarm relays are also still available. Try GM first, then Dr Rebuild has a lot of hard to find parts.

I've seen the horn relay on the ZIP Corvette website...

I believe it is under the driver's side dash. That's where my 75 is.

 my 1973 is on the drivers side inner fender well  by the alternator
