left side,there is a bracket that holds 2 relays.yes i have cruise.

Most likely it is the TCC/EGR bleed relay, since it stops when you press the brake. The problem could be either a failing relay, or the brake switch for the TCC(torque converter clutch).

i did replace 1 of the relays with a NOS one, since the orig one was broken i also hear the 2 emission coils clicking too

the 2 relays stop clicking but now i have to EGR actuators clicking is the clicking normal for the 2 solenoids
