Sorry to disagree, but I think that's on you.

However, bought a set of comfort weave covers for my 72 at Carslisle last year, finally got around to working on the seats and I discovered a small stain on on of the seat bottoms. After getting no response to my emails I called and was told "you should have opened up the seat covers and inspected them within 30 days". Well maybe I should have, but I think it's quite common for do it yourself Vette restorers to purchase parts and put them on the shelf until needed. I have had no issues with other suppliers when asking to return/exchange parts purchased in anticipation of a restoration. The sales rep offered to sell me a replacement for over $100. Don't think this represents "dedicated to making sure our interiors surpass your expectations!" as it says on their web site. Just passing along, draw your own conclusions.

Really! Maybe I'm wrong but I think if the product was defective, the passage of some arbitrary period of time should not absolve them from providing what I paid for, and unblemished seat cover! But that just my opinion.
