To all, just wanted to post a couple of pictures and warn anyone rebuilding their doors (all components), it's not as horrible as it looks, but you have to take it slow and think about how everything interacts. I am about to start on the drivers door, just a few more parts on the pax door to go. I rebuilt everything and replaced all worn parts. New Glass, wiring harness, motors, regulator, and everything else down to the hardware. Having access to power is needed. I had to test the new power window motor, as well as move the window once installed to access some of the track hardware. I took notes when I took everything out of the doors. The assembly manual is handy, but planning out the parts install ahead of time is important. Some parts cannot be installed before others, case in point the Side Mirrors. Luckily I knew that from my notes. I'm also installing Dynamat into the door shells before putting everything back in. It also doesn't hurt to have a second pair of hands at times. You can go it alone, but putting in the regulator and power window motor, definitely helps having more hands. Also, nice to have four hands when installing the glass. I disassembled the doors by myself. It all was fine, except I must have put a little stress on the driver's side window when pulling it out...Bam, it exploded in to a million pieces! I was finding little bits of glass for months. Thankfully, I was already replacing the glass on both doors. Years of bad adjustments, worn felts and general wear and tear, made for too many scratches. One other point about a helper, putting the door back on! With no parts at all inside the door, it's as lite as a feather. I removed them many times by myself while doing body work. But, with all the parts back in, wow is it heavy. Without a proper floor jack fitted for doors, a one man job it is not! Below is the pax door waiting for a few more parts, and next is the abundance of parts waiting for the Driver door. Well, back to it!

Heck of a project...!!! 👍 Glad it's you and not me...!!! 🤣
Saw somewhere you've changed colors from black to brandywine. Staying with the oyster interior?
