I am still working on my buddies 71 bb coupe. It is more or less going to be a copy of my 69, only in a coupe.

We have pulled the body off the frame, replaced the entire "bird cage", replaced the frame, welded and supported it according to the GM power book, all VB&P suspension, etc. etc.

It is going to be black with a power stripe of some sort down the center and side pipes.

This is what it looks like as of tonight, and I am beat tired.

I will start wetsanding/blocking soon. next I will spray the jams (doors and hood will have to come back off), then a quick shot on the whole car to seal it in while the engine is going in, etc. Then, in the early spring we will block it back down and put the shinny stuff on.

No house calls,........yet.

Just finished blocking the whole car with a guide coat, and topping it off with two more coats of primer.

Now I will switch up to 400 wet sanding to polish block it on out. The body seems to be fairly straight, and the flares seem to be laying in pretty nice.
