I am looking for a place to buy rear window louvers for an 81 C-3. Any ideas? I am also looking for a reputable shop within 100 miles of Central PA for an engine rebuild?

Welcome to the site Keith! I always liked the look of those louvers on top of the bubble! Good luck in your search!
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

O
If it's a major rebuild you are looking at, and it is not a matching numbers car, you might want to check into a GM Crate engine. I got the 270hp 350 for around $1,500 and installed it myself. A rebuild can fast exceed that amount and if you don't personally know them, it can be a disaster (don't ask how I know).
Good luck!

sounds like a nice option. Where do I find a crate engine for a vette? Do they offer higher HP. How much is shipping?

Crate engines are available almost anywhere, Autozone or your local Chevrolet dealer... you may want to check a couple of magazines also. As far as the horsepower, for enough dollars you can get a lot!
