I need a little help with my search for some end caps that are normally attached to the ends of retractable security shade for my 1980
I've looked at least 20 parts suppliers and no one even has a shade to purchase, let alone the caps - it's like that wasn't even an option
any suggestions

Start looking for a used shade assy from one of the 'Vette "salvage" companies. I haven't seen a repro shade, or any parts for one, other than the clips to hold them down when extended.

Vette(s): 1980 all org. with 18000 act. miles dk claret with matching interior..Eagle alloys ..loaded..excellent cond.
I have never seen these listed in any of the corvette parts books. Are yours missing or broken? Might want to check with some of the used vette dealers like Pro-team or Conte's corvettes. They usually have lots of left-over parts for sale. Good luck...
