Hi All,

Want to replace the 8 letters on the rear deck of my 71, can SOMEONE tell me how in the @#$% you get into replace them and the speed nuts?

Don't wanna spend the buck 20 if I can't get to them. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Bob

If you cannot get to them by just removing the spare tire, remove the license plate and mount, then the left and right exhaust valances...that should give you enough room to get to the nuts.

The center ones are the hardest, IIRC...  My dad was able to get the ones on the outside and I had to get the ones in the middle. It wasn't the easiest, but it can be done.
