I need to purchase a new emblem and found one from Corvette Pacifica for a good price($20 less than Ecklers if you include shipping and tax). Anyone evr deal with Corvette Pacifica? They are out of Atascadero, CA.

I buy from Ebay often but have never heard of them. I've noticed that unknown vendors sell Corvette parts at a discount and then forward your order to a major dealer and they send you a less expensive offering of what they sell, not the same quality though I'm sure. I'm confused. The only trouble I've had with emblems was a similar instance buying the "Stingray" emblem for the drivers side front fender of my '75, it came black and chrome and my original on the passengers side is all chrome, soooo. I don't know

Another place to try is Trim Parts, http://www.trimparts.com/ . I have purchased a few things from them and found the quality was good.

Corvette Pacifica has been around for a long time. I used to get their HUGE catalogs all the time, but since I never actually ordered anything from them, I stopped getting the cats.
Jimmie....the Stingray emblems on the side fenders are supposed to be black & chrome....your black may have just worn off.
Trim Parts is excellent, quality-wise. In fact, prolly 90% of the emblems and trim items you order from other vendors orginally come from Trim Parts.
