Raising side for body mount replacement

Hello
All 8 body mounts bolts are loose and I am ready to raise one side at a time to reach/replace them.
With one jack, 4 stands, 2x4's & 2x6's readily available, how is it suggested to lift one side? I could also use the bottle jack of my compact car if necessary.
Bonus question; I've looked at a bunch of online resources, but most of them are concerning full body lift. I don't want to disconnect everything and the kitchen sink. On a 74; what is the minimum number of things I should disconnect to raise one side at a time by a few inches only?
Thanks!

there are a couple of places you can get a check list from I have 2 and I go back and forth between them checking to make sure I've got all the things I need. Vetteprojects.com has a checkoff list for body lift and the other list was in one of the books titled restoring your C3. I don't have the exact name in front of me and my book is in my shop sitting on the table, with it being -38C here I'm not going to go out and check that but I will write it down next time I'm in my shop. This list is of course for a full body off project take what you need and leave the rest.
