Jason, your going to want to have them painted on. If your painting the whole car have them put on before the clear coats go on.

if you were closer i'd take you up on that...as far as Krylon goes If my taping skills were any good i'd tape and paint myself, I guess I could try the wave look

I owned a black '72 Camaro. The pevious owner, young lady, had her dad paint white racing stripes for her. Nice, beautifully straight, flat white house paint stripes. Her dad did them with a "very expensive" roller. She was so proud it almost brought a tear to her eye. I swear I could never wash the stripes because they seemed to fade a little every time I wipe them clean.
