I'm redoing the center console. I want to spray the ashtray door but I don't know if it is high gloss, semi, flat black or is there a special interior finish?

I have been told that SEM makes a "Trim Spray Black" in a can that is the closest match to the original. I haven't used it myself

Or try Duplicolor Trim Black.
I replaced my center console last year and of course the ashtray door looked like heck. So I tried the Duplicolor paint and it was a perfect match.
