Gee, Ben, selling your business? what are you going to do now for a job?,  Christine is coming along good with all the work you described for sure. Hope your life can slow down some and hope your insurance took care of the flood!
im going to do the same consulting i do now..  but just not run it through a loosely related business..  means more money..  and the cash from selling the business..  its been 9.5 years and im sick of it..

insurance did take care of the flood..  pretty much had to gut the first floor..  and of 8000 comic books downstairs only about 25 were damaged...

only one of extreme value..  amazing spider-man #2 (about 4K$) but they replaced it as well
Good to hear from you again! Great progress! Just a few more years to go!
i hope not...  im hoping to get it painted this winter..

only major purchases left are side pipes (jet-hot hookers), transmission (probably a tko-600, 5spd), and the paint job

Ben,
Sorry to hear about the water damage, but glad to hear the insurance covered it.
Good to see your project is still progressing.
Thanks for posting the new pics.
