Does anyone know who to install a regulator spring for a power window? I have it in but it's not under tension. Window goes down real fast and comes up real slow.

Window regulator problem solved!
I did not have the spring wound properly. This time I put the regulator in a bench vise and wound the spring. With the spring under tension, I install the window motor which held the spring tension while the unit was reinstalled in the door along with the glass. One note, I had to remove the inside and outside weather stripping to make room for everything to go back in.
