I will keep you posted with pics. So far I'm sanding with Da sander & by hand with 80 grit. Next I will finish with 120 grit. Primer & sealer, more sanding & blocking. The big chore will be the body filler. She's been hit in the back and needs lots of work back there. Hey Tux, sorry about leaving the dark side. I've loved her black, but as Brian said, my wife wants red and beside that for years I said someday I WILL own a red vette. She's afraid if I don't paint her red I will have to buy another one.

I thought War Bonnet Yellow or Sunflower Yellow was offered only on '71's. 
Riverside Gold or Daytona Yellow was offered in '69. Also, what does your sander look like?

It's just a regular dual action sander. I like Ken's car. The more sanding I do the better his looks. A little primer here and ther and we could be twins. I'm "ever loving ugly too"
