Well I've begun the long task of hand sanding her down. Going pretty well, although "I'VE GOT BLISTERS ON MY FINGERS"!!

Yes. I used a DA sander on the flat surfaces. I'm down to hand sanding the the rest. Next comes lots of body repair and filler.Wacko Then primer, more sanding, primer sealer, then paint. My vette used to look just like your's Mick. Even tho your color is cool, I am painting her Arrest Me Red.Cool

Vette(s): 77 L48 Original paint True dual stainless exhaust Edelbrock intake manifold and Thunder series carb Distributor has an pern upgrade
I'm contiplating doing mine next winter or the winter after.  Can you  continue to take pictures and write comentaries as you go including such things as type of sander, grit of sandpaper,  any problems you are having and solutions.  I would really be interested.
