Our new seats and carpet are in. Seats are much more comfortable than the originals. Here's some before and after pics:

Now I wish my car wasn't so old.......those would look funny in my car........RATS!! Carpet looks really good too! Nice & plush. I've got that black loop crap from the 60's.

Technically speaking, she picked up the whole tab. Now she's whining about being a little "short" this month. Not sure what she means. She's always been 5'2".
We actually had someone put them in (package price). I believe he used the old tracks. I'll check. Note to self - Make sure package price includes labor.
