Ok, I just found a local guy that does super work and is very reasonable. Now I have seen some input on weather striping. What comes with the top kit? Is there a weatherstrip kit for the top? I plan on doing EVERYTHING new as I can. Including removal of the old top and restoring the frame.

All that comes in the top kit is the basics for replacing the top. I had to have a tack strip replaced also so that was an extra charge item.
Next on the list is replacing all the weather stripping and readjusting the windows. I hope to do that before putting on too many miles this spring.
