They are from Mid America. They use the original trim on one side add the center piece and a new trim on the inside edge. I replaced my original pieces at the same time since they were fairly scratched compared to the new piece. If you decide you want to go back to the original look at a later date, take out the new trim screws, touch up the small carpet holes and you are done.

My carpet was replaced a number of years ago by the PO. I have actually considered replacing it again but keep finding other things that are higher on the list.
