I just got new floor mats, now I realize how dull my bright blue interior is. Should I try to have the carpets shampooed to brighten it up or just replace them? If I replace them myself, is there much to doing it?

Well you could try to shampoo them, which is an inexpensive "fix". If they brighten up great. Replacing the carpet isn't bad at all. I did my CE last winter and all you have to do is take your time.

I'm with Dukman....if you can get away with just a good shampooing, then go for it.

Replace the carpets as your 2nd choice.

(Of course, you can always put back your old floor mats, so everything matches! |laugh| |laugh| |laugh| )
