I am going to replace the carpet. I have read many threads for different sources, but have not heard anything about Romeo Engineering romeoengineering.com
They are the best price at $149 for a full set with jute padding. Has anyone had experience with them? Would I be better off with ACC or someone else? |headscratch|

Never heard of them. That price seems pretty cheap. Does it come with the molded heel pad and the carpet strips for the Deluxe door panels? Do they guarantee a good fit?
I personally have used ACC carpets in several of my past rides with good results. If you try out this new carpet guy, let us know what you think of their product.
Good Luck,

On their website they claim to be the original manufacturer of the heelpad and dimmer switch, therefore theirs is the only carpet set with the IMCO logo. They are the manufacturer and sell to catalogers. I also noticed their price went up to $155 per set.

Like Sarge replied, I've never heard of them either. If you're a member of the National Corvette Owners Association they have in the past offered a pretty deep discount on carpet sets and many other items.

i also got my carpet fro wilcox for 148, check ebay, it's acc carpet, and it is the only carpet that passes some standards, looks great, but i don't know what they were thinking when they said "precut"

C3RVETTE I found that price on the www.romeoengineering.com

Based on comments here and at NCRS. I called Willcox and bought a set for $149. I have not received it yet, but will let you know how the install goes.

Thanks to all.

I notice on their site, that the differance between a '77 price and the '79's range from $65 to $75 more.I guess just for that little strip of carpet under the rear window!I thought it was the same dimensions |headscratch|

I just completed replacing the front and rear carpet in my '76 that I had purchase from Romeo Engineering. This was my first carpet replacement so I have not seen the others on the market but I am very satisfied with the quality and fit. I would recommend them.
