For all the 79/80 Vette Owners that have put the MSD box in , could you tell be the best/easiest location to install the box,the car is not stock and doesn't have any of the emission plumbing on it and I'm still finding it hard to locate somewhere it could be installed and look clean.

I'm not sure if it is too far away or not, but I have seen them mounted in the rear interior compartments behind the seats of some earlier C-3's.

There is plenty of room for it in the wiper tray area ,there it can get plenty of air . Heat is the biggest factor in failure of these units !
