Anyone know the common areas mice are getting in to both of my Corvettes? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I found mouse traps to be the most effective means of defense in my RV. I baited them with cheese and peanut butter. Averaged about six mice per winter, split evenly between the inside and under the hood.
They like wiring insulation these days because they started using soybean oil as a plasticizer.

The best mousetrap ever is called
Ketch-All Mousetrap
This has a wind-up gate that when a mouse trips it flings it into a separate chamber. It will catch multiple mice unattended.
It can be found on Amazon as well as other places for about $20.00.
You always hear about "a better mousetrap" but this is it!

One of the most common varmint entrances I’ve found on C3 is the lower shift boot if you have a 4 speed car. In addition check all of the other rubber boots and wire penetrations that go into the interior. Aside from trapping I’ve found that mice do not like strong fragrances. I use scented drier sheets in my motor home and a pretty strong air freshener in my C3 during the winter. I just read an article the other day using bars of Irish Spring soap to keep mice out.

You need a bag to put it in. For twenty+ years I used a giant bag I drove it into and added a motorcycle to the end when I sealed it.
They are now zippered. I have used this one for 3 years in a local barn. You open it up, drive over it, put your car cover on the car and pull the cover over the car and zip it up.

Here it is ready to fold the cover over the top. The car is centered over the left side of the cover where I wanted to to zipper it up. Dryer sheets are in the car and under the hood so it smells fresh in the spring. If your car leaks oil put a tray under the motor. I do have a canister of crystals to dry the air when the cover is zipped.

Hey John, hats off to you if your system is working in a Minnesota barn during the winter !! I remember storing cars for the winter in Wisconsin and it was certainly tough to keep the critters out.

Actually the first barn I stored it in, after we sold the "family" pole barn I used for decades, had a cat. It got up under the heavy fitted cover to keep warm. I had scratches all over the hood!!!
