I've got a loose glove box lock which makes the door look like it's kinda open at the top. How do I tighten it up so it doesn't wiggle at it takes away that space at the top? |headscratch|

I just had the same problem. The think your latch needs adjusting. Open the glove box door and look at the stationary part of the latch in the top of the glove box where the lach on the door engages, this is the part that needs to be adjusted. There are two hex head screws that hold the part in, losen these screws a little and slide the part in a little and re-tighten the screws. Then try to close the door, you may have to do it a few times to get the proper adjustment. I hope this helps. |headscratch|

I'll try that over the weekend, thanks very much for the easy instructions! Sounds like something that I can handle myself. |thumb|

The interior part looks like it's fine, but the lock itself is very loose. Even opened once on me! lol How do I tighten that? Help would be greatly appreciated. Started a new job and my poor little brain hurts! :)
