If it is anything like my '70 look under the dash, WAY under the dash above the high beam switch. It's hidden in there and is a PITA to get at.

For sure, for sure. Swappin' fuses ranks right up there with swappin' the plugs under the A/C compressor. Give that one about a 6 on the PITA-meter.
Remember this: the Shark was designed and engineered for Show and Go. How to fit all the essentials under that beautiful skin was like third from the bottom on the GM to-do list.
Approach every repair with that in mind. It'll help keep your blood pressure in its normal range.
