Have anyone a procedure for installing the cover on the seat back. Should the cover be turned inside out before you put the foam on the seat frame or afterwards. I have tried to turn the cover inside out when the foam is on the frame. The result was a wrecked sewing.

Hello,

Lay the cover out in the sun for an hour or so to let the vinyl/leather become easy to stretch. This should give you enough stretch to pull the cover over the way you have already tried. Once you have the cover in general placement, use a heat gun (not a hairdryer) to warm and stretch out the wrinkles. Be VERY careful with the heat gun. Keep it moving and 10-12 inches away from the seat or you will burn it.
