I solved a problem yesterday that had been bothering me for a while, and if anybody else has this problem this might fix it. My driverside headlight would vibrate up and down at night when I hit a bump or something and it was very annoying. What I found yesterday was that the screw that stops the headlight travel when it comes up was not contacting the headlight frame. The screw was screwed all the way in,this allowed it to vibrate since the springs were not holding it against anything, so I unscrewed it out so that it made contact and now the springs hold it firm. Problem solved. Hopefully this will help anyone who has this problem and is unaware of the fix like I was.

Thanks. I have one that does that but I am afraid I have some worn bushings. I am going to check it out though.

I did sort of a cheap rebuild on mine a while back. Since I was missing some springs I ordered a set of new springs and the little bushings that the pins go thru, not the big outside ones just the little plastic ones in the middle and greased everything. Everything is fine now but all of the vacuum actuator relays on my car leak. So thats my next purchase at about $60.00 a pop.
