Hey my trim tag reads B LOC 1086 36
74I 98L 98U E
Does 74I mean metallic Bronze. What does this say?

I'm assuming you're talking about the '81. Also, is that 74I (as in eye) or 74L? The font makes it a little hard to tell.
Either way, the two sources I looked in did not have either the 74I or 74L. One did have listed a 74C (Dark Red Cloth) and 742 (Dark Red Leather).
74 was the exterior code for Dark Bronze but yours looks to be Dark Claret Metallic (98). One of the sources I looked at only listed the DB as the lower color on a two-tone car.

The Bowling Green built cars may have had the letter L in the interior code rather than the number 2 74L is dark red, for the '82 model. Different color combos could be ordered other than what was listed at the time, so it was prolly a special order car with the dark red, 74L leather interior.
Paint code 98 is dark claret(red), so the car was originally Claret/Dark Red.
