Try soaking them with GM Heat Valve Lube. GM part number 1052627
It is the best penatrant you will ever find. Makes PB blaster look wimpy.

Sorry , i seam to be too late with my advise but give it anyway ,you may encounter similar bad screws :
when i have a screw that doens't want to turn i hold the screw and turn the car .
