I replaced my hood release cross cable. But it's been awhile since I removed the old one so i really don't remember how to hook it up. Does anyone have a good pic of what the connection looks like at each end? (Each latch) Instructions on how to do this including tension on the cable. I thought I could do it by looking at where the rust is worn off. Guess agaim! Thanks.
I took off my hood to paint it. While at it I replaced the cross cable. Now the hood won't latch. Arghhhhhhh.

Oh brother...what a dummy I am. The reason the latch didn't...err...latch? I forgot to reinstall the spring on the passenger side latch.
Maybe I am Bubba. 😒
