Headlight vacuum actuator repair???

Somewhere, sometime in past browsings I found some detailed complete how-to instructions on rebuilding headlight vacuum actuators. I htought I had marked the site in "Favorites", but can't find it. Anyone out there in C-3 Vetteland know where to find it???

Thanks fellers!! I knew I had seen it somewhere, it was in the mag and not on the 'pooter. I'm gettein ready to tear into them this PM.
