My low beam headlights quit working two days ago in my '79, both right and left.   However, all four bulbs illuminate when the high beams are on.  Is the dimmer switch the most likely problem?  Or could it be something else?  Thanks.

Yep..most likely the dimmer switch. It should be located on the steering column, down by the ignition switch.
