Hello corvette friends Im considering purchasing the head -light protector shields that fit behind the front grills at the front. I would like to know if these shields can be fitted in place once the front bumper is installed as well the head lights? And were they painted or just the natural colour? thank-you. | |wavey|

You can install them leaving the bumper & lights in place. I installed mine through the grille openings. As far as the color, all the ones I've seen were black regardless of car color. I've also heard pro's/cons on their use due to restricing air flow to the motor causing higher temps but I can't prove it one way or the other.
