hazard lights

i have a problem fixing my hazardlights.. need it to be fixed to get my licence papers/plate
it is for a 78 corvette
the problem is that i can't find the relay for the hazard at all ( was the most obvious reason the hazardlight didn't fuction) .. i was told how it looks like and that it should be somewhere under my dashboard on the right side.. i checked everywhere... but no the relay.. it is supposed to be the same as the relay for direction light(?) and that one i have found... on the right side but different then the original should be :

it has 3 pins on it instead of 2

i thought i had found the hazard relay on the leftside near the box with the fuses but i was told it was not the one (also one with 3 pins on it

further more i have seen the fuse is for hazard light and stop light ( stop light works so it is not the fuse)

the relay was taken out and that was why i couldn't find it... and the place where it should be is on the left uppercorner of the fusebox.. and that was kinda difficult to see if you don't know exactly what to look for (wires hanging infront and a difficult place to reach)
