Hardtop doesn't fit

I've restored my 1968 427 hardtop convertible but the hardtop spent several years at the body shop being stored in a flat position.  Now the hardtop appears to long to fit into the pins in front and the securing screws on the side.  Anybody else every run into this and if so, how do you correct it?  Thank you.
