[QUOTE=kstyer] The car went into the paint booth. All the epoxy sealer is now flat, with the icing has filled low spots, and it's getting primer. There is even a bit of color put into door jambs, so you can see the
RED color that's going on the car.

Sanded sealer and icing feathered in the low spots

Shooting the primer

More primer, and a bit of color in the door jambs

Yes you can see the color now. Paying attention Micki and Tux???

It's gonna be TORCH RED!

Fantastic, Ken.  Even tho I'm partial to Blue, I gotta admit that is a real nice shade of Red.  Gonna look great when its done.   Thumbs%20Up

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
Yes, it gets sanded between every step.

First the fiberglass was sanded, then repaired where needed, then fine sanded.    Then epoxy sealer and block sanded, then low spots iced, then more sanding.   Then the primer, and more sanding, then the color will show up.  More sanding, then a coat of clear, then custom paint, then more clear, final sanding and buffing.

GETTING BETTER AND BETTER! Smile
