Ghrome gill vents 80-82

I see where these are avaliable.Does anyone have these and can give their opion and pictures?

I'd like to get these, but I'd like to know the quality of the item first.
I don't want to put a cheap plastic part on my car.

If my memory is correct, the ones I saw were plastic that was "flash" chromed.  I'd like the look with my black '81, but I'm not sure chromed plastic would hold up sfficiently to make it worth the $60.  If anyone has experience with these for the late model C3s, I'd love to hear it.
