Hello, I am working on getting my "76" restored to good road worthy condition. I have removed the interior stuff, seats, console, and carpet. Upon removing the carpet and insulation padding I found some holes in 4 areas 2 on each side of the hump. Where your feet go and then behind the seats at the well for the seat belt coil. My question is should I just sand blast the floor and patch it or completely replace the floor?

Replace the floor pans.
Remember that your seats bolt to the floor pan, and God forbid you get in a accident and the seats come tearing out of a already weak floor. These cars aren't noted for being the greatest in collisions.

Are these perfectly round holes? If so, they may be factory original. When replacing carpet in my original 1972 Coupe, I seem to recall seeing some holes in my floor too, however, a plastic plug was inserted in each hole (by the factory). Could this be what you're referring to? Is it possible you're just missing the plugs? -Jim
